Once relevant data has been reviewed and identified, Fields Associates will discuss the information with our clients. Our internal systems allow them access to this data so that they can further scrutinise the documents utilising a range of forensic tools:

  • Redaction — Our systems allow permitted users in our client’s organisation to link documents, highlight portions of text and omit protected information. Settings allow selected individuals to approve of any redactions before a report is produced.
  • Labelling — Our systems can label documents directing legal advisors or others to salient points facilitation quick identification of relevant data.
  • Indexing — Our systems can assign statuses to documents as well as attribute specific users access to them only.
