We are a completely independent digital consultancy firm and are able to analyse any relevant media whilst causing zero disruption to your organisation. Analysis can be completed in any of our offices throughout the UK or on-site if necessary.
Fields Associates comply with the regulations that govern the collection and analysis of data and have robust, approved procedures in place to ensure that any evidence gleaned from your media remains both intact and admissible.
In order to ensure that all salient data is reviewed, we will work with you, determine where vital data is held and filter out superfluous files. We can also determine data’s relevancy via a variety of measurable and identifiable metrics including, but not limited to, file type, creator, timeframes etc. Following the location of all relevant data, Fields Associates will provide you with a detailed estimation of costs and the time of delivery.
Once relevant data has been reviewed and identified, Fields Associates will discuss the information with our clients. Our internal systems allow them access to this data so that they can further scrutinise the documents utilising a range of forensic tools:
