Prior to preparing a report, Fields Associates provides our clients with access to the data that we have gleaned from the relevant media. This allows the client to determine precisely which files/folders they want us to analyse which, in turn, reduces the quantity of data that we are required to examine and drives the costs of our service down.
In order to ensure that all salient data is reviewed, we will work with you, determine where vital data is held and filter out superfluous files. We can also determine data’s relevancy via a variety of measureable and identifiable metrics including, but not limited to, file type, creator, timeframes etc.
Following the location of all relevant data, Fields Associates will provide you with a detailed estimation of costs and the time of delivery.
